Many faces of Muybridge

Here we had to draw different styles of faces in the look of Edweard Muybridge, i took inspiration from many different anime and art styles. I took a lot of inspiration from the anime dragon ball z, and one piece.

Facial expressions

Here we had to draw many faces with drasticly different facial expressions. We were given 10 minutes to draw each face and i ended up drawing three faces. The first face was a furious look, which was inspired by “Wolverine”, the next was a confident face, Han Solo and the third was a smug look which was “Palpatine” from star wars. 

Animation ball stages

Here we had to draw the different stages of a ball bouncing. The top one was meant to be a foot ball, the second one was a bowling ball and the third one is a basket ball. 

Animatics basic Moodboard/ Environment development

Here is this lesson we had to scan our mood board onto the computer to use as animatics. However, this animatic is only a practice version of the animation and is only a base to work my way up from.

The animatic was basic and had a lack of detail so that I could have an opportunity to add more as time went on, as at the time I was not sure as to what the animation was going to be about. however, over time I have now thought of more ideas and will show them below. here are some of the environments I have developed from my mood board.
